Scratch card check
If you have won, you can redeem your prize in the Eder Collection on presentation of the scratch card. The original scratch card must be handed in for redemption and will be cancelled. It is therefore not possible to redeem the prize with just a photo or a copy of the scratch card.
Please note that overnight stays and accommodation can only be redeemed in advance during your next visit by presenting the voucher when making a booking. Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem the voucher for stays that have already been booked. Vouchers for overnight stays are available only on request and subject to availability, excluding Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
