General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the voucher shop of Eder Hotels GmbH

1. introduction – short & sweet:
By purchasing a voucher via our voucher shop, you accept the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC). They govern the relationship between you and us – Eder Hotels GmbH – on the subject of vouchers.

2. redeemability – direct is the key:
Our vouchers are real fair-weather friends – they only work for direct bookings.
That means
– Booking via our official website
– Booking by e-mail or telephone directly with one of our hotels (Eder, SEPP, Frida etc.)
– Not valid for bookings via third parties such as OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), Booking.com, HRS, Expedia, travel agencies & Co.

So: Only those who plan directly with us can relax with a voucher. Fair, right?

3. time of redemption – at check-out please:
Vouchers can only be redeemed at check-out on site. Just give us a short notice, show us your voucher – and it will be credited. Unfortunately, retroactive offsetting (e.g. after payment has already been made or after departure) is not possible.

4. validity – enough time for anticipation:
Our vouchers are provided with validity periods.

5. no cash payment:
The voucher value cannot be paid out in cash. Partial redemption is also possible – the remaining value is retained and can be used for another stay.

6. no combination with promotions – either or:
Our vouchers are little loners. It is not possible to combine them with other promotions, discounts, promotion codes or packages. In short: voucher or offer – both are not possible at the same time.

7. loss – gone is gone:
In the event of loss, theft or illegibility of the voucher, we are unfortunately unable to provide a replacement. So please keep it safe – digitally or in paper form.

8. passing on – yes, an ideal gift:
You are welcome to pass on your voucher as a gift. It is not personalised and is therefore transferable.

9. what else applies – the big picture:
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the purchase of vouchers. For your stay with us, the terms and conditions of the respective Eder Collection hotel also apply.

10. changes & errors – people remain people:
We reserve the right to correct price changes, printing errors or errors in content in the voucher shop at any time.

11. applicable law – we stay on the ground:
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is – as far as legally permissible – the registered office of our company.
